3 anni fa moriva il grande sassofonista Bobby Keys. In suo ricordo vi posto il brano dei Rolling Stones, “Live With Me”, con testo e video.
Il 2 dicembre 2014 moriva a Franklin, Bobby Keys, leggendario sassofonista a seguito di una cirrosi epatica.
Robert Henry “Bobby” Keys, era nato a Slaton (USA) il 18 dicembre 1943.
La sua carriera cominciò intorno alla metà degli anni ’50 partendo con Tommy Vee e Buddy Holly.
Ottimo jazzista, Bobby diventò uno dei session man più importanti della scena rock blues. Nel 1969 i Rolling Stones lo reclutarono per l’ album Let it Bleed, per il brano Live With Me.
Negli anni, Keys collaborò con tanti artisti, come Lynyrd Skynyrd, Harry Nilsson, Delaney & Bonnie & Friends, George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Joe Cocker, restando in pianta stabile con gli Stones.
