Oggi il grande chitarrista Brian May compie 72 anni. Per celebrarlo, vi posto il brano dei Queen, “I Want it All”, con testo e video ufficiale.

Brian Harold May (Twickenham, 19 luglio 1947) è un chitarrista, cantautore e compositore britannico, famoso per essere membro dei Queen, band da lui fondata insieme a Roger Taylor. È l’autore di alcuni dei brani più celebri del gruppo, come We Will Rock You, Flash, Who Wants to Live Forever, I Want It All, Save Me, The Show Must Go On. Figura al 26º posto nella classifica dei migliori chitarristi di tutti i tempi redatta nel 2011 dalla rivista Rolling Stone. (Fonte Wikipedia)
Personalmente ritengo Brian un chitarrista completo, capace di spaziare nei vari generi, dalla classica al flamenco all’ hard rock.
Ottimo compositore, ma anche cantante, Brian ha dato la potenza della sua chitarra a fianco della voce di Freddie Mercury, con assoli che sono parte della storia del rock.
