Paul Simon è un cantautore, chitarrista ed attore, in attività dal 1957.
Paul Frederic Simon è nato a Newark (USA) il 13 ottobre 1941, raggiunse il successo insieme a Art Garfunkel, con il leggendario duo Simon & Garfunkel, di cui fu il principale compositore.
Il suo successo è proseguito negli anni, grazie ai suoi album solisti, arricchiti di world music, in particolare africana e brasiliana.
50 Ways to Leave Your Lover è un singolo del cantautore statunitense Paul Simon, pubblicato nel 1975 ed estratto dal suo quarto album in studio Still Crazy After All These Years.
Il brano fu poi eseguito in coppia con Art Garfunkel nel celebre Concert in Central Park (19 settembre 1981) ed inserito nel live album pubblicato il 16 febbraio 1982. Il brano contiene uno dei più celebrati grooves di batteria della storia del pop, ad opera di Steve Gadd.(Fonte Wikipedia)
