Chuck Berry, vero nome Charles Edward Anderson Berry era nato a Saint Louis in Missouri il 18 ottobre 1926.
Berry è stato uno dei padri fondatori del rock’n roll ed ha suonato fino alla fine dei suoi giorni.
Il suo passo dell’ anatra fu una genialata unica, come la sua musica. La rivista Rolling Stone, ha collocato Chuck, al 5° posto dei 100 migliori artisti di sempre.
Il suo modo di suonare ha ispirato generazioni di musicisti, tra cui spiccano i nomi di John Lennon, Keith Richards e Bruce Springsteen.
Nadine (Is It You?), è un brano musicale composto ed interpretato da Chuck Berry, pubblicato nel 1964. Nadine fu la prima canzone pubblicata da Berry dopo aver scontato una pena detentiva in prigione terminata nell’ottobre 1963.
