Il 6 giugno si è spento, a causa di un infarto, il grande Dr. John. Per ricordarlo, ho pensato di postarvi il brano “Right Place Wrong Time”, con testo e video.

Malcolm John “Mac” Rebennack, Jr., conosciuto come Dr. John (ma anche come Dr. John Creaux, o Dr. John the Night Tripper) (New Orleans, 21 novembre 1940 – New Orleans, 6 giugno 2019), è stato un cantautore, pianista e chitarrista statunitense.
La sua musica fonde la tradizione blues, pop e jazz con lo zydeco, il boogie-woogie ed il rock and roll.
Nella sua lunga carriera ha ricevuto 5 Grammy Awards e nel 2011 è stato introdotto nella Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. (Fonte Wikipedia)

Right Place, Wrong Time è uno dei maggiori successi del cantautore, singolo estratto dall’album “In the Right Place” del 1973.
