Jeff Healey, vero nome Norman Jeffrey Healey (Toronto, 25 marzo 1966 – Toronto, 2 marzo 2008), è stato un cantante e chitarrista, con una tecnica particolare, dovuta alla sua cecità.
Musicista di grande levatura, proponeva un blues in cui si potevano riconoscere Hendrix, Johnson, Beatles e Creedence.
Il retinoblastoma che aveva sconfitto all’ età di un anno si ripresentò a 41 anni e lo portò alla morte.
La canzone Angel Eyes è stata scritta da John Hiatt e Fred Koller estratta per il primo album della The Jeff Healey Band , See The Light del 1988.
