Il 26 febbraio 1932, nasceva il grande Johnny Cash. In suo ricordo, vi posto il brano Folsom Prison Blues, con testo e video.
John Ray Cash, alias Johnny Cash (Kingsland, 26 febbraio 1932 – Nashville, 12 settembre 2003), è stato uno dei più importanti cantautori di sempre, che ha venduto oltre 90 milioni di dischi in tutto il mondo.
La sua musica, spaziava dal folk al blues, dal country al rockabilly al Gospel.
Come attore, ha recitato in Quattro tocchi di campana, Gli ultimi giorni di Frank e Jesse James. Inoltre ha partecipato ad alcuni episodi de La casa nella prateria, La signora del West, Colombo ed altri ancora.
Per ricordare l’ artista, ho pensato di postarvi Folsm Prison Blues, contenuto nell’ album Johnny Cash with His Hot and Blue Guitar del 1957.
