James Joseph Brown (Barnwell, 3 maggio 1933 – Atlanta, 25 dicembre 2006) è stato uno dei più importanti esponenti della musica Soul e Funk. Cantante, musicista, compositore, ballerino ed attore, Brown iniziò la sua carriera intorno al 1954.
In suo ricordo ho pensato di postarvi il brano I Got You (I Feel Good) del 1965. L’energia di questa canzone è sensazionale. Inizialmente la hit fu scritta per una delle coriste, Yvonne Fair, con il titolo di I Found You.
