Il leggendario John Fogerty oggi compie 72 anni. In suo onore vi posto il brano dei Creedence Clearwater Revival, Have You Ever Seen The Rain?
John Cameron Fogerty è cantautore e chitarrista, è nato a Berkeley (USA) il 28 maggio 1945.
In attività dal 1959, John Fogerty balzò alla fama mondiale con la band Creedence Clearwater Revival che dal 1967 al 1972 scrisse pagine importantissime del rock, rimanendone nella leggenda.
Dal 1973 Fogerty cominciò una proficua carriera solista, proponendo la sua grandiosa voce in cui il rock ed il blues diventano un tuttuno.
Il suo ultimo album è Wrote a Song for Everyone del 2013.
Per celebrare il suo compleanno, ho pensato di postarvi la stupenda canzone dei CCR, Have You Ever Seen The Rain?, estratta dall’ album Pendulum del 1970.
