Mark David Hollis era nato a Londra il 4 gennaio 1955.
Frontman e principale autore dei brani della band, si ritirò nel 1998 dalle scene.
It’s My Life è il singolo dei Talk Talk, che dà il nome all’omonimo album del 1984 pubblicato dalla EMI. Fu un successo planetario.
