Cliff Richard, vero nome Harry Rodger Webb, è nato a Lucknow (India) il 14 ottobre 1940.
La sua carriera musicale, cominciò intorno al 1958 con la band degli Shadows.

Ocean Deep è una ballata scritta da Rod Trott e Jon Sweet per l’ album Silver di Cliff Richard del 1983.
L’album celebrava i 25 anni di carriera di Cliff.
